Coach Samm brings a wealth of experience and passion to our gym with a diverse background in athletics and fitness. She cheered from the age of 10 to 18 and ran track during high school, where she excelled on both the school and AAU teams. Her dedication to sports continued into her adult years, earning a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu after six years of training and achieving multiple victories in grappling competitions, including the Bigfoot Grappling Challenge and various Superfights. Her athletic journey is a testament to her commitment to fitness and continuous improvement.
With a BA in Business Administration and Management from WGU and certifications as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Exercise Specialist, Coach Samm combines her knowledge of fitness with a strategic approach to training. She has extensive experience coaching cheer, gymnastics, and boxing, bringing nearly a decade of coaching expertise to our gym. Coach Samm’s approach is holistic and inclusive, focusing on building strength, agility, and confidence in her clients.
