SQUEAKY CLEAN
A clean and sanitary environment is one of the major pillars in preventing the spread of infectious disease. We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment at all times; not only during the current Covid-19 situation but as a part of our commitment to providing the best to everyone who walks through our doors. In order to keep our Murfreesboro training center as clean as possible we employ a two sided approach through ozone generation and traditional cleaning protocols.
OZONE
Ozone generation is a technology used in multiple industries to combat odor but it is also used to combat the growth of micro-organisms. It is not unusual to find ozone generation systems in modern professional and collegiate locker rooms to help destroy the odors and bacteria associated with sweaty athletic equipment. We use our system in much the same way. When our facility is unoccupied, ozone is dispersed into the air circulating the room to help clean the air inside the gym. This air is then ventilated from the room, before anyone enters the space, to prevent any negative human interactions with the ozone rich air.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Beyond ozone generation, we employ more traditional cleaning methods to prepare the many surfaces of our facility for daily use. All surfaces which an athlete may interact with during a training session are thoroughly sanitized with commercial cleaners at the end of the session. Also, guest and floor spaces are cleaned a minimum of once daily and deep cleaned an additional time every week.
Our primary goal is to provide our athletes and other guests with best possible experience. For us, this starts with a clean space where you do not have to worry about who used what last or how long it has been since something was cleaned. Our commitment goes beyond what has been recommended for the combat of Covid-19 and it will only be improved as we go into the future.
WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MURFREESBORO?
August has been a big month for construction at our Murfreesboro training facility. At this point, the walls are up, most of the utilities are in place and we are a few short days away from seeing paint on the walls for the first time. Hopefully, we will have a near finished product at the end of the month and we expect to start laying turf in the earlier parts of September.
The bulk of our equipment from Sorinex exercise equipment will also be coming in September but this month we have taken delivery of nearly 2300 pounds of bumper plates and some of our lighter weight barbells. Also on their way this month, our merchandise inventory will continue to grow with the arrival of custom printed t-shirts in both men’s and women’s sizes.
Keep an eye on our social media pages as we move forward for the latest updates as they happen. We hope to see you at our Open House on September 26 between 10am and 1pm.
