Coach Samm brings a wealth of experience and passion to our gym with a diverse background in athletics and fitness. She cheered from the age of 10 to 18 and ran track during high school, where she excelled on both the school and AAU teams.
Edgar was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Miami at the age of 3, where he spent the next 16 years of his life until he graduated highschool and moved away for college. Edgar’s love for sport and competition began at an early age.
Coach Lucas is originally from the South Jersey area where he grew up playing a multitude of sports recreationally, specifically soccer and basketball. He earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and M.S. in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. He also
